DEBORAH M. GALBRAITH

Debbie Galbraith is Managing Director & Principal of WAVERLY PARTNERS, LLC, and is based in Kansas City. She has over 15 years of executive search consulting, recruiting and operations management experience. Her clients include hospitals and healthcare systems, nonprofit organizations, industrial enterprises, academic institutions and professional service firms. Ms. Galbraith's experience includes search assignments for executive, clinical, administrative, financial, human resource, sales and marketing and information technology leaders. Representative client organizations include the Adena Health System, Mercy Medical Center, Medical University of Ohio, SBC Communications, BroadVision, Disney, TimeWarner and the Wichita Area Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining the WAVERLY PARTNERS organization, Ms. Galbraith was a Director in the Toledo, Ohio, office of StratfordGroup, a national retained executive search firm. Earlier in her career, she was the Employment Manager for CompuServe, Inc. Previously she had regional management responsibilities at Ameritech/SBC Communications including network planning and engineering and call center operations.

Ms. Galbraith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Graceland College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas. She is active in many community and charitable activities.
